Printer offline is a common problem even in HP printers. In simple words, offline status means that the printer is unable to communicate with the computer. Check the Printer Connections

In case you are using a wireless connection to connect the printer then follow the steps mentioned below:
⦁ Turn off the printer and then wait for 5-10 seconds. Now take out the power cord.
⦁ Wait for a minute and then plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
⦁ Take out the power cord of the wireless router. Now, wait for a few seconds and plug in the power cord and turn on the router and wait until the internet connection resumes.

Set Default Printer
HP printer offline problem may occur because the default printer may have been changed. So, you may have to set the default printer again.
⦁ Click on the Start and then select Devices and Printers.
