Try Reconnecting the Printer to Wi-Fi

⦁ Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your printer. Now, wait until the indicator lights start blinking.

⦁ When you see the blue indicator light press the WPS button on the router.

⦁ The indicator light will keep on blinking until a secure connection is established with the Canon printer. Once the lights are stable it indicates a secure connection is established between the router and printer.

Restart the Printer Spooler

Print spooler helps in managing the print jobs that are sent to the computer.  You can view these print jobs and cancel them. In case the print jobs are pending you need to restart the print spooler service.  Here are the steps that you can follow.

⦁ Press Windows + R.  now a run dialogue box will open. Here you need to type service.msc and then click on ok. 

⦁ Now click on any of the service and press P until print spooler services appear on the screen. 

⦁ Right-click Print spooler to open the properties. 

⦁ Now, under service status click on the stop option.

⦁ Once you are done with this you will have to restart the spooler service.
